Having known Jennifer for years after living in the area for nearly 28 years, I selected her to represent me based on her reputation, experience, and most importantly, her performance. As the top broker for the area with sales dwarfing those of competing agents, I found her services to be well-honed and her knowledge of the market to be exceptional. As many brokers seek to either acquire a book of listings by overpromising on sales prices and then failing to deliver while the listing becomes stale, Jennifer was on-point with regard to the market, home condition, and the home's pros and cons. She was an exceptional broker, a consummate professional, and a terrific person who managed to navigate a challenging set of personal circumstances while selling our home. Her marketing efforts were well done: digital advertising, breadth of reach across local and national publications in print, and web-based services with first-class pictures and videos, key in the “age of COVID." As an insight into what one might consider when selecting a broker, an initial reservation I had that did not come to pass was related to the attention I would receive from her and her team. Despite having an expensive waterfront home, as several of her listings were exceptional and far in excess in value of mine, would I receive the same kind of resources or emphasis from her and her team? I was relieved to have been proven wrong and to have access to her and her team as needed, including during unexpected times, and to have seen my listing treated on-par with her other listings. Jennifer was exceptionally ethical, honest, and flexible while working with us, doing whatever was possible and being creative to consummate the sale at an excellent price. Jennifer and her team's efforts were timely, precise, and beyond what I had expected. Because our house sold in less than a week, she took the initiative to lower her rate for the sale. That blew us away. Jennifer was great! She and her team were always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. They provided wonderful professional photos and a virtual tour of our home as well as a full evaluation of our home so that we could list it at a fair asking price. I fully believe this is what helped our home sell so quickly. Our home was listed at 9:00 in the morning, we had an offer that night and were under contract the next day! They helped make selling our home a smooth and painless process. We would definitely use Jennifer again.
